Next-Day DPD Delivery

We charge a standard £5.50 delivery fee for shipments across mainland UK below £50. All orders above £50 will avail free shipping. All products will be delivered between 2 - 3 working days from the date of purchase.

Please note that bank holidays may hamper the schedule.

Returns

How do I return a product?

We gladly provide a 'no quibble' return policy for products you purchased from us within the last 30 days (starting from the delivery date). If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or it does not suit your needs, you are eligible for a full refund. If your goods were delivered in multiple instalments, the 30-day period begins after the final instalment's delivery.

Kindly ensure the items remain in their original condition until you have decided whether to keep them or not.

Are there any exceptions?

We'd like to inform you of some exceptions outlined in our policy for unwanted returns. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for the following:

  • 1.  Faulty goods that were known to you at the time of order placement.
  • 2.  Goods that have been damaged due to attempts to repair them.
  • 3.  Furniture items unless they are faulty.
  • 4.  Bespoke, personalised, or perishable goods.
  • 5.  Products with tamper seals or hygiene seals, or those unsuitable for resale due to hygienic reasons.

Returning Your Product

Returning an item is a breeze with just three simple steps. Simply go to your order to access our user-friendly online returns portal.

Rest assured, we'll promptly notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow a maximum of 14 days from the date of email confirmation for the refund to be processed and reflected in your chosen payment method.

Since we collaborate with various small and independent brands that directly supply their products, there are instances where items may need to be sent back to the respective supplier instead of returning them to us. However, there's no need to worry as we will inform you about this during the returns process after you've initiated your return.

You also have the convenience of exchanging any unwanted items within 30 days from the dispatch date, and the process is hassle-free.

Damaged & Faulty Goods Policy

At our company, ensuring top-notch quality is our highest priority. If, however, you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologise. Rest assured, we are committed to rectifying this for you promptly and with utmost ease. All you need to do is fill out and submit our damaged/faulty product form, and we'll take immediate action.
